Supply Chain Transparency

Tricorp strives for better insight into the entire production chain (tier 1 to 4).

  • Tier 1: clothing & logo
  • Tier 2: fabric & trim & D&F
  • Tier 3: yarn
  • Tier 4: fiber

Tricorp aims to make this information from the chain available to consumers and businesses through a digital product passport (DPP). The DPP contains the product’s Bill of Materials (BOM), used chemicals, Life Cycle Analysis (LCA), repairability, lifespan, social and environmental due diligence, circularity of the item, and links to external data like certificates and LCAs. Tricorp follows the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR) for this.

Our Production Partners

Social Responsibility in the Supply Chain

Collaboration with Amfori

Since 2019, Tricorp has been a member of Amfori. Most of our suppliers are affiliated with Amfori BSCI, with the goal that every supplier will eventually achieve at least a BSCI B-score. We are also launching a new project with Amfori BEPI, focused on environmental issues, which will be initiated with our suppliers. Tricorp strives to build long-term relationships where we continually improve together on social and environmental levels. We share knowledge, encourage our suppliers, and invite them to attend various courses to help them improve.

Amplify I Successfully Completed

Tricorp wants to better guarantee freedom of association in our production countries, as this is a fundamental labor right. In collaboration with five other Dutch companies, we have practically implemented this with some suppliers in Bangladesh. Through the AMPLIFY project, we trained and guided union members and participation committees together with management to structurally organize meetings to discuss and improve working conditions. This project was extremely well received, which is why it is now being rolled out to more factories through the AMPLIFY II project.

Internal Social Responsibility

Tricorp’s motto is "Look like a team, work like a team." In addition to providing a pleasant workplace, we invest in our employees. There are plenty of opportunities for growth and development. Every day, a fresh lunch is prepared by our chefs, and employees can work out four times a week with a personal trainer in our Tricorp Gym. At Tricorp, we stand for health, development, and well-being because we believe these are key to long-term success and satisfaction. Additionally, we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion. We are convinced that a diverse workplace fosters innovation, creativity, and employee well-being. Together, we strive for a workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.
