Tricorp has been a member of the Fair Wear Foundation since 2007, making it one of its oldest members. The FWF is of great importance to Tricorp in fulfilling its CSR obligations. Tricorp makes useful use of, among other things, the country information provided by FWF, the manuals with regard to the calculation of the living wage in the producing countries and with regard to the impact of issues such as the corona pandemic on employees. Tricorp is assessed annually by FWF.
In 2021 we worked hard to improve our performance on which the FWF bases the audit. This has resulted in a nice review! With 72 points, Tricorp is now in the “Good Category”.
